The Defelsko PosiPen® Magnetic Pull-Off Coating Thickness Gage is a compact, precision instrument designed for accurate measurement of non-magnetic coatings such as paint, enamel, plating, and hot-dip galvanizing on steel surfaces. Its unique small magnet allows pinpoint placement, making it ideal for extremely small parts, curved areas, and uneven surfaces with peaks and valleys.
Lightweight and easy to carry—similar in size to a ballpoint pen—the PosiPen is simple to use and requires no user adjustments. Built for reliability, it performs accurately on small, hot, or hard-to-reach areas, and remains unaffected by mechanical shock, oil, acid, water, or dust.
The gage features a highly wear-resistant probe tip for long service life and consistent accuracy. Each unit includes a Certificate of Calibration traceable to PTB (Long Form), ensuring compliance and reliability.
