Description
The Defelsko Powder Comb is designed to accurately measure powder coating thickness before curing, ensuring the correct cured film thickness the first time through the line. By checking film thickness early, you can avoid rework, stripping, and coating adhesion issues.
This precision gage performs reliably on a variety of substrates including metal, plastic, wood, glass, and more. Its broad stand-offs on both sides of the teeth help keep the gage perpendicular to the surface, providing consistent and accurate readings every time.
Manufactured to a tolerance of ±5 microns (±0.0002 inch), each comb comes in a protective leather pouch for safe storage and portability.
